The staff was super nice! We got to swim before check-in. The rooms were clean with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a small fridge. Comfy beds helped us sleep well. Breakfast was good, and there's a nice fitness center.

Easy check-in process, though the receptionist could use some assistance; managing the door and check-ins simultaneously is a tall order. Breakfast exceeded expectations. A buffet with diverse options, plus a happy hour in the evenings-appreciated the thoughtfulness, although the drinks could be more varied. Location strikes a nice balance: close to downtown without the chaos. parking presents challenges, especially for larger vehicles. Some moisture in the first-floor rooms was noticeable. A better dehumidifier would be beneficial. it remains a strong choice, and I'd choose it again.

I found this hotel to be in a great spot, just under 3 km from Shelby Park where I enjoyed walking amongst the trees and vibrant green spaces, and it was also super close to both Lane Motor Museum and Wave Country, making it perfect for weekend adventures; the complimentary breakfast was really good with a wide variety of options, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. One thing to note is the bedding could be improved, as the comforter felt a bit thin.

The bed was so high and comfy that we slept in every morning! I loved lounging by the beautiful pool and soaking up the sun. The spacious room had everything we needed for our road trip-microwave, fridge, and loads of charging ports!

When we checked into the Club, we were initially pleased with the amenities offered. The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable, making for a decent stay overall. we faced some issues during our time there that left a bit to be desired. One major downside was the heating situation. Upon returning to the room on a chilly night, we found that the heat was not working properly. Despite notifying the front desk, we were informed that no rooms in our price range were available to switch into. This lack of immediate action was disappointing, especially given the cold temperatures overnight. We ended up having to make do with extra blankets until maintenance came the next day to replace the unit. We also encountered an unpleasant smell of sewage in our bathroom that was never fully addressed, even after attempts to freshen up the space with air freshener.

During my stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent location and the friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel offered a variety of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a delicious restaurant buffet. The comfortable rooms came equipped with a flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator. The highlight of my stay was the incredibly soft and comfortable beds, which made it easy for me to relax and get a good night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to downtown Nashville was a major bonus, as it allowed me and my friends to easily explore the city and enjoy its vibrant music scene.

The front desk team's willingness to assist with downtown transportation and dining suggestions was also a standout feature.
